OK, Since May of 09 it's seems that watch geeks around the world have been violently playing with themselves to the new A Lange & Sohne IPhone App. Come On! This is merely a fucking cock tease. What's the big fucking deal? So you can rotate the image of their ugliest watch in their collection,The Zeitwerk, and look at different profiles and different metals. Who Cares? For me It's all about accessibility. I mean it is cool that you can see the Lange catalogue picture gallery, but to look at the various nasty closeups for a watch that I fuckin hate, what's the point?
I really appreciate the updates and registration process Lange is initiating for a marketing tool as a way of developing a fan base and collecting data, but to be honest it can get in the wrong hands of these people that will never be able afford to buy A Lange & Sohne watch. What a great thing to have a free App into the world of A Lange & Sohne but honestly Who Gives a Flying Fuck?
